Cancellation Policy

   ✔ All cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

   ✔ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up will be subject to a full-day rental charge.

   ✔ If the rental agreement is terminated before the agreed period ends, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued.

Cancellation Procedure

   ✔ Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@drivvay.com with the subject line:
     "Cancellation of Reservation - Booking No. [Your Booking Number]".

   ✔ The cancellation notice must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date.

Refund Policy

    ✔ Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 1-3 working days.

    ✔ No refunds will be issued for no-shows (cancellations without prior notice).

    ✔ If a booking is canceled within:

          ✔ 7 to 14 days before pick-up: 30% of the rental amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

          ✔ 2 to 7 days before pick-up: 50% of the rental amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

          ✔ 1 day or less before pick-up: 80% of the rental amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

    ✔ Driver
    ✔ Fuel
    ✔ Toll charges
    ✔ Insurance

Excludes:
    ✘ Tour guide
    ✘ Additional fee of MYR 250 per
